Policies

ORDER POLICY:

Order can be placed with Skidsteers.com (Nexstep Inc.) by phone, internet, mail, fax, or email. All orders are subject to approval.

RETURN POLICY:

We will take returns on standard items only for up to 30 days from date of delivery. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. We will not take returns on any custom or made to order items. This includes special order non-stock tires and tracks. Customer must call prior to returning the item to receive a return authorization number. Postage must be postpaid to the destination of returned items. The initial shipping costs will be deducted from the credited amount. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns on missing parts, abused, misused or damaged products. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit. Any damage caused should be discussed with the parcel post carrier.

DISCOUNT POLICY:

Any discount offers must be applied at the time of order.  Discounts do not apply to shipping charges.  One discount code is allowed per order.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All SkidSteers.com are warranted to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase. Wear items are not warranted Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents or negligence. Damage, loss delay or replacement of attachment caused by defective material(s) and / or workmanship is not covered under warranty. Warranty does not cover any travel or labor expense in connection with any claim. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of parts on products determined by Skidsteers.com (Nexstep Inc) to be defective in material or workmanship.

PRIVACY:

You can have complete confidence when ordering our products through SkidSteers.com. All transactions are processed through state of the art secured technology. Our rigid security policy and control measures insure your confidential information is handled with the highest professional Standards. No information is ever sold or borrowed to other companies.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship with many different LTL carriers for most all our attachments, tires, and tracks. We also ship small parcel with UPS, Fedex and USPS. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Please note: Inspect all shipments before taking delivery. If shipment comes damaged, we ask that you do not accept it. We are not responsible for any damage to product during transit.

"Free Shipping" promotion covers the continental United States and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. However, for Alaska and Hawaii, the "Free Shipping" promotion will cover shipping to the nearest point within the continental United States. The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost beyond this point.

In stock items typically ship from the warehouse within 2 business days. However, these times may vary based on the trucking company's availbility to pick up. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Buyer will be responsible for any accessorial charges such as lift gate, re-delivery, reconsignment, storage fees due to non-delivery, and ferrying costs.

SALES TAX

In the United States, all applicable state, county and local sales tax will be added to your order, except if shipping to AK, DC, DE, MT, NH, or OR. The tax calculated is an estimate and may be subject to change at time of shipping. We reserve the right to add sales tax where legally required.

Sales or use tax is due on certain purchases delivered or sourced to Washington. Washington requires you to file a use tax return when sales tax is not paid at the time of purchase. This message is required under the Revised Code of Washington 82.13.020(2)(a)(i).

If you are tax exempt, you can place your order by phone or online. If placing the order online,at checkout, there will be an option under the Summary to remove the state sales tax. Click on "Click here if you are tax exempt." Click the checkbox. This will remove the state sales sales tax. You can then send your tax exempt certificate to info@skidsteers.com, or text a picture of the certifcate and text it to (920) 423-3412. If you have any questions, please call 866-315-3134. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international orders must be paid with a bank wire transfer. Canada Is exempt, as are other international businesses with proper documentation.

SkidSteer.com strives to bring you the lowest prices possible. This is done through volume purchasing and stringent cost control. We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.
