The heavy duty constructed Fork Mounted Swivel Hook with 2" Receiver Hitch comes in two different models. Lifting capacity is 6,000 lbs. or 10,000 lbs. depending on which model you choose. The swivel hook is held 24" on center. The fork pockets fit tines up to 3 1/2" x 7 1/2". This attachment is Engineered Certified. See additional specifications below.
