Sod Roller

Sod Rollers for a mini skid steer or mini track machines are generally employed by landscapers and professional lawn companies. They use these attachments to handle larger 36" or 42" wide rolls of sod. The larger rolls of course cut down on labor versus the 2' x 5' rolls, while giving the lawn a more professional look with fewer seams. As always when considering this application be familiar with your machine and know its limitations for weight. A 42" x 85' roll of sod can weigh up to 1200 lbs. You might want to consider the narrower 36" option.
